FreelancerTaxPro is operated by ITERATIVE SYSTEMS LLC as a dedicated resource for freelancers and the self-employed. This notice explains how information submitted through this website is handled.

What you share

When you submit an inquiry or request resources, we receive the name, email address, business details, and message you provide, together with your stated email preference and submission time. Please do not submit tax returns, Social Security numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive tax records through these forms.

How information is used

We use inquiry details to respond to your request and assess whether our services fit your needs. Resource requests let us deliver the requested downloads. If you separately opt in, we use your email address to send freelance tax education and occasional service updates. Requesting an inquiry response does not sign you up for a newsletter.

Services that process submissions

Form submissions are processed through Web3Forms. Optional email subscriptions are processed through Kit. Requested resource delivery may use Resend once email delivery is enabled. The hosting provider processes technical request information needed to serve and protect the site. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices.

Calculator data and site storage

Calculator entries are used in the page and are not submitted to us. This site does not add advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Hosting and form providers may process IP addresses and other technical information for service delivery and abuse prevention. Short-lived request information may be held in server memory to reduce repeated submissions.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry information while it is needed to respond, manage a potential or agreed engagement, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion through our contact form, subject to applicable obligations. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages through their unsubscribe link. We do not sell the personal information submitted through this site.
